UX/UI & PRODUCT DESIGN

IT’s NOT JUST ABOUT DOING, BUT KNOWING WHAT TO DO.

The quality of a digital product's design is defined by the logic that determines what should be included, its purpose, and how it takes shape.

This is the foundation that allows a product to address its true needs.

Therefore, my design process is based on the following principles:

To understand what each user profile needs to solve, what expectations they bring, what frictions they encounter, and what context shapes their relationship with the product. My background in sociology adds a complementary perspective on the user, not only as an individual, but also within shared patterns, references, and dynamics.
To ensure the product meets real user needs without losing consistency with the product's logic and the business's objectives, I define user and business needs and translate them into hypotheses, action plans, and product decisions using a methodological approach focused on understanding what to do and why.
To define what must be resolved first and what can wait, ordering and establishing priorities in the phases and decisions so that what is important structures the product and what is secondary does not end up setting the direction.
Not only to turn everything developed in the previous phases into something tangible, but to do so at the necessary level; mastery of the fundamentals of UX and UI (based on both knowledge and experience) is what allows me to achieve that result.
